The 19th-century building is beautifully maintained and elegantly appointed. Excellent WiFi. Friendly and helpful hostess. Close proximity to the historic old town.

Excellent placement in the middle of the city. Good balance between what you pay and what you get. Very nice interior design: palace atmosphere, good taste and friendly. The personnel was warm and very proactive.
The breakfast was very poor and the same every day.

This hotel, located near the center and a train station, is a beautiful and high-end building with a gracious host. the historic charm of the building is evident, and there are a few amenities, like laundry and parking. Breakfast is included and offered in a gorgeous room. Slight downsides include a lack of view from some rooms and occasional housekeeping issues.

The historic building was beautiful and had a great location close to the old town. The breakfast was delicious and served on a lovely balcony overlooking the city, with homemade pastries and fresh fruit. The staff was helpful and kind.
While the rooms were nicely furnished, they lacked adequate lighting and the bed was uncomfortable. The wifi was spotty, and the language barrier with some of the staff could make communication challenging at times.

We loved this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with the cleaners visiting daily. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, especially the beautiful reception and breakfast areas. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city centre, and there was even free parking available. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a historic building in a great location. the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, including pastries and coffee that made our day bright. We enjoyed the ambiance of the lobby and terrace with comfortable sofas. We loved having nearby laundry and a fantastic eatery. We could easily walk to the old town, right around the corner. Sofia was an exceptional hostess, who gave us recommendations on places to visit and helped us feel at home.
Our room was on a lower floor, facing the private interior, so there was no view, and little natural light was available. the historic feature was evident in the room's flooring, but the tiles should have been cleaner, , a bit disconcerting, since we could not walk around barefoot.
